📚 Crafted for the tender age of 0-3 years old, each title in our selection is handpicked by a mom and approved by her bilingual Vietnamese toddler. These are not just any books; they are a collection of our family’s adored favorites for the past 3 years!

This service is the perfect fit for your family if:

- You're seeking a convenient solution to discover authentic Vietnamese children's books, particularly if you're not a native speaker and find the selection process daunting.
🌟 How does it work?
📚 Every three months, we send you a package of 5-6 Vietnamese children's books.
The first delivery will be sent out within 3 business days after you place the order. Subsequent deliveries are sent out every 3 months, in the 1st week of the month.
In short, you'll receive 01 package of 5-6 books every 3 months, and you'll be charged every 3 months.

📚 We are also working on creating both printable and online tools that are directly related to the books in our collections. These are designed to help both parents and children learn, practice and expand their Vietnamese beyond the content of the books.
📚 Please note that the books in the product listing photo don't represent the exact books you will receive in a particular delivery. We will send you
pre-selected, age appropriate, baby and toddler approved books every 3 months.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Made to order products take 2-3 days to make. Ready made products can be ready to ship out 1-2 business days after the date of purchase. Depending on the shipping method you choose, you will receive your order within 3-15 days if you're in the US and 7-30 days if you're outside of the US.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
If you purchase a printable/digital product, you will see a download button immediately after you purchase. Be sure to download the products you purchase and save them in your computer. If, in any case, you couldn't download the products, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for the loss of your digital items 7 days after you purchase.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced physical products are eligible for returns/refunds. Printable products and sales items are non-refundable.
We offer refunds of 70% product price for personalized products and full 100% product price for other physical products. Shipping fees are not refundable and you are responsible for the shipping fees to return the order.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
