The “Tò Mò” collection is a great choice for families whose children are familiar with hearing Vietnamese. Maybe you and your spouse have been speaking Vietnamese with your child, or maybe they spend a good amount of time with their Vietnamese grandparents.
If Vietnamese is already a familiar part of your child’s everyday life, this collection is a wonderful way to build on that foundation, introduce new vocabulary, and encourage their curiosity through books!
Every 3 months, you’ll receive a package of 5 delightful Vietnamese books. Your first box ships out within 7 business days of ordering. Future boxes usually go out in the 2nd week of every 3rd month. US shipping is FREE. Shipping fees are $10/shipment for Canada and $15/shipment for other countries.
Hello To Chào is a small business is run by a mom and her children helpers. We personally take care of your book packages and do our best to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Every year, our family also spends some time in Vietnam. If our trip affects your delivery schedule, we’ll let you know by email in advance and work with you to find the best arrangement.

Every three months, you will receive a package of 5 Vietnamese and bilingual Vietnamese books.
RETURNS
Returns and refunds are eligible within the first 30 days of delivery. To start a return/refund, please send an email to info@hellotochao.com with your order number, reason for return and list of returned products.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hellotochao.com.
EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hellotochao.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our books come from reputable publishing companies in Vietnam. Most of the books are our own family's favorites. They include Vietnamese only and bilingual Vietnamese books.
Billing & Cancellation
Billing & Cancellation
If you choose "annual" plan, you will be billed yearly. Your subscription will renewed automatically after 12 months.
If you choose "quarterly" plan, you will be billed every 3 months. Your subscription will renew every 3 months.
Cancellation can be done anytime and your subscription will end when the billing cycle ends.

First delivery is shipped out within 5 business days after the order is placed.
Subsequent deliveries are shipped out every 3 months, within the first 2 weeks of the month
