Card sizes:
- Learning cards: poker size 2.5 x 3.5 inches
- Image cards: 2.5 x 2.5 inches

Can be used for kids from 2 years and up, starting with learning cards for smaller age groups and moving to picture and word cards when they learn how to read, write and spell Vietnamese. This is the perfect flashcards set for learning Vietnamese vocabulary through playing many different games.
The flashcards also come with a video / audio pronunciation. Scan the QR code on the back of the card box to listen to the audio in both Northern and Southern Vietnamese accents.
Sturdy cardboard box with three compartments to store three sets of cards. Cards are printed on thick 350 gsm cardstock, laminated for extra protection.

RETURNS
Returns and refunds are eligible within the first 30 days of delivery. To start a return/refund, please send an email to info@hellotochao.com with your order number, reason for return and list of returned products.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hellotochao.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
